Guidance for current 1-month and 3-month members

At the StudyGround 2.0 launch, auto-billing for the current 1-month plan will be turned off in a single step.
Users with remaining time on the current 1-month plan will be able to use the same benefits offered by the newly launched 1-month plan for the same remaining period.
Users with remaining time on the current 3-month plan will be able to use the same benefits offered by the newly launched 3-month plan for the same remaining period.
Only users transitioned from the legacy 1-month or 3-month plan at the StudyGround 2.0 launch receive Click and Learn add-on proration using the formula below. 1-month plan: USD 22 * remaining days / 30 3-month plan: USD 22 * remaining days / 90 The amount is rounded to the nearest USD 0.01. Example: If 15 days remain on a legacy 1-month plan, USD 22 * 15 / 30 = USD 11 Example: If 30 days remain on a legacy 3-month plan, USD 22 * 30 / 90 = USD 7.33 For new plan purchases, if Click and Learn is not selected together at purchase and is added later, the full USD 22 add-on price applies regardless of remaining days, and the add-on remains valid only until the current base plan expires.
